Most people eat way too much salt, especially in America. How many people actually look at the nutrition facts and count up how much sodium they consume in a day? This is something only healthy people seem to do as they watch their diet and pay more attention to the nutrition info.
I am addicted to salt. I grew up not adding salt to the food, and we even hadn't a salt shaker at table, all plates cooked with minimun salt, etc. But I came out as addicted to it.
