direct link, as u/crime was friendly to remind me:

Heads up that Deep Green Resistance aka DGR, where this article is cross posted from (dgrnewsservice), is an openly trans exclusionary shitshow that works closely with out-and-out TERF orgs that target and harass trans people.

I dont expect everyone to keep up with lefty green niche politics, so I mention it here so that people who otherwise might not know can have a heads up. If you care about queer and trans folks, please steer clear of DGR and their bullshit. And please dont share their links/material/info.

You can find a basically identical service minus the terf bullshit at https://earthfirstjournal.news

What's the point of this? You're just making normal people late for work while they pump up their tires and put them in danger of discipline from their boss and then they'll hate environmentalism.

To make owning a car more irritating, more challenging, less worth it. I wouldn't throw any words at them though, best to let the actions speak for themselves. People already hate any environmental concern that threatens their shitty way of life. And "discipline from their boss" should have them turn against bosses; if they can't do that I'm happy to make new enemies.

I mean, in a lot of areas owning a car is necessary.

Places are too far to walk or bike to. Public transport is nearly non- existent. And without a car, you don't have access to everything you need. And if you have a large family, then you'd need a large car.

Exactly. Being anti-car is the same as being anti-worker. People need cars to get to work.

well what if I'm anti-worker? Fuck work! Abolish it.

The only people who think work is bad are capitalists who make the poor do all the work for them because they think work is beneath them...

work is beneath me but I ain't a capitalist. I identify as a Max Stirner fan.

I might here and there help people and stuff which might distinctly be called labour but I ain't going to join your communist factories.

My bad, you're an edgy capitalist lol.

How to say I haven't read Stirner, without saying that you haven't read Stirner?
