I'm not sure if most people are aware of the prejudiced views behind MSG hysteria.
What gets me is that people eat a ton of stuff that naturally contains MSG, but suddenly act different to the refined stuff.

Nothing about pre-packaged, hyper-processed foods is healthy, whether it has msg or not...

I have msg powder, and use it like salt & pepper when cooking.

i have an awesome stone wok that nothing sticks to, i don't even need to put water in it to stir fry some veg, never needed to use oil

Yeah, I think the salt in the food is more of the issue than the MSG.
