Horror movies suggestions / Halloween viewing party?

Submitted by Freux in Films

Halloween's month is soon upon us and as every year I enjoy watching a bunch of horror films for the occasion. Anyone else usually do so? Have you thought of your films selection for this year? Have some film recommendation I should put on my watchlist?

Anyone interested in a viewing party for this Halloween or future (maybe theme related) viewing party?

Rec trilogy (the Spanish version), i only saw the first, would like to see how it continues.

I don't know what else, since I'm not into horror.

Child's play

[REC]

Other

Child's play films, I haven't put the first 4 as I've seen them but you are welcome to watch them if you are interested in the series.

REC films, both mofongo and I have only seen the first one.

Thanks to Ant for the suggestions, I've been wanting to see Ginger Snaps since it came out, never got to it and forgot about it. I love Train to Busan and never heard of Seoul Station before!

So that's what I'm planning to watch this october, I'll save some for halloween of course.

For those that are interested in following along, anyone has an idea of an order we could watch them? Which ones are you going to watch?

I'll watch the rec series and Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Cure as per /u/Ant's suggestion.

Life and Upgrade seem interesting.

Some great movies there but it would be nice if you clean up the redundancy!
