It would require murdering the pregnant person, which is what is desired in the long-term.

When abortion is considered murder, the ultimate goal is to punish the patient and physician with either life in prison or the death penalty.

Until that is considered politically feasible, this restriction will serve as a de facto ban on providing care to pregnant people who "lost" their fetus/embryo...even if it means they die.

Ohio also has a new law that passed through at least part of the legislature, which allows high school students to claim their errors on science tests & experiments are just the result of "genuine religious belief", and get failing grades turned to passing grades. Lol
