The most obvious point for this claim. Let's say u used to identify as a woman and one day u decided to be nonbinary. U change ur presentation in no way whatsoever. Does men catcalling u stop being a feminist issue? Does ur inability to get an abortion stop being a feminist issue bc u are not a woman.
The fact of the matter the primary targets of mysogyny are of every gender. I mean being a woman is related but like I feel like thinking womaness is the central point is letting the concept of feminism be controlled by mysogynistic men rather than having feminism be a concept on helping to uplift and talk about the oppression of those under patriarchy.
The main targets of patriarchy come as men, women, queer nonbinary whatever. Being a women is irrelevant. Yes it's often bc society misgenders them as women but the feminist forum doesn't need to take a play from creepy men and drag this patriarchal, queerphobic mysogyny into the feminism forum.
Maybe the statement "feminism is a movement for the abolishment do women's oppression" is a easy and quick definition but raddle has never been a place where being concise was valued more than being inclusive.
Not sure sure what a better definition should be imo, but my suggestion would be just to remove it as it doesn't do much but make it sound like a terf or at least non-inclusive femism forum. Which starts off on the wrong foot 4 sure.
