It is futile to keep nonviolent marching, they need to start doing things like this along with building alternatives.

Well Raddle was literally made as an alternative to Reddit and I think that's what they mean.

Indeed. Dual power is the idea that you build systems outside of the dominate framework that give people the ability to exist without oppression (or less of it). The broader idea is that eventually the dual power becomes the norm.

It's a necessity for anyone seriously hoping to pose serious danger to the state. More importantly it's necessary to create alternatives to the state that aren't just a rehash of the same formula. Insurrection itself goes beyond simply making war with the state as it should seek to make the need for a state non-existent.
