"More than 5000 children have already applied for a free public transport pass in the city of The Hague, Omroep West reports.

Rabin Baldewsingh, an alderman of the city of The Hague has decided that poor youngsters between 12 and 18 years old can travel for free for a year using local public transport during weekends and school holidays."
