there's a long history of fuck yous in philosophy: the chaos linguistics of Zhuangzi, Diogenes the Cynic's defacement of currency (inversion of norms), Nietzsche's transvaluation of values, the Ulk of Erich Mühsam: "witty self-criticism, robust irony of one's own behavior, exaggerated exaggeration of the ridiculous aspects of what one loves; the checking of the quality of one's ideals in the test tubes of the grotesque...a coarse crude laughter of nothing," and the wayward riotous girls documented by Saidiya Hartman.
these are only a handful of examples Ive found inspiring this past year. there are countless others I cant wait to find.
as far as comprehensive theory,,,in each of these examples are images containing spirit. not as an external abstract, but an embodied drive. to begin at heresy and dive/drive deeper. punks and pirates over union bosses.
