I get this person's yt shorts as unrelated trash whenever I search something on yt and I can't select that I don't care about this shit, because it treats the spam it puts in between search result the same as search results.

Young women with guns are a huge part of israeli propaganda, so I imagine it's working, otherwise they wouldn't do it, but I just don't get how that is working. Like do people really change their minds about a genocide because the soldiers committing it are attractive?

Probably not, but my guess is they aren’t aiming at people who have already identified this as a genocide. This is aimed at the people who haven’t made up their minds/are just tuning in. And unfortunately I bet it works pretty well for a few of those demographics. 🙄
