sock puppets are human nature. and like on one hand we have people who are like "whatever, sock puppets aren't like that big of a deal" and on the other hand we have people who are like "sock puppets are the worst and people who use them should be murderkilled off the internet" i just think both sides are equally evil and the only real answer to sock puppets is to pretend it doesn't exist.

Basically it's going around and attempting to pick up breadcrumbs from publicly available data to, for instance, identify someone behind a pseudonym online, etc. When antifascists doxx racists and other fascists, etc., they're usually using OSINT.
In this case, as ziq mentioned, the user seems to be devolving into a weird stalking procedure to gather information.
It's a fancy way to say they're stalking me and accumulating data on me. They're not very good at it tho since they got it all wrong.
