immunitiy in % is a strange concept, I dindn't double check their work, don't take this a gospel.

Thanks to a curve fit form the data from the article, a friend got an estimation of the immunity of someone who got 1 dose of Pfizer/BioNTech :

y(x) = 0,0001235 * exp(0,6428*x) [x=days as a % of 21 ]
