I mean all the first aid courses are focused on general stuff and CPR being the great technique taught, the general rule of thumb is waiting for paramedics who know what they are doing..
But thinking about being a Street Medic without any medical degree (or nurse, veterinary, etc), how to know Trauma focused first aid, treating fractures, giving stitches and sewing injuries properly etc ? It's feasible to learn or just leave it to medical volunteers?

Feasible. In my experience when you start doing this kind of training you learn what kind of action on your part is too big a risk, and which actions have reasonable risk (aka are worth doing because the outcome of doing nothing is way worse than that of doing something and potentially fucking up)
