Does your name mean like, fan of lougai, and if it does, what's a lougai Permalink 4 lougaifan OP wrote on September 3, 2019 at 9:10 AM lougai (laogai) is the Chinese prison system, it's a play on words (I think that's what it's called) it sort of means "an offender who has been reformed through labour" but could also mean "prison food" depending on which "fan" in Chinese is used.
