NGL, this is pretty unsettling, and I have my doubts about a lot of the "reporting" on this situation which seems to sensationalize what is occurring.

There is no doubt that these internment camps are using disturbing psychological controls on the population, whatever the specifics may be.

At this point the facts are mixed with propaganda from both sides.

The point here is Xi's timid remark about the "prosperity" and transformation of Xijiang trough socialism.

For example, this bit Direct from Xinhua:

develop Xinjiang into a region that is united, harmonious, prosperous, and culturally advanced, with healthy ecosystems and people living and working in contentment

And if we recall, it Is a dogma from these communist parties to homogenize it's own people under the same nation, speaking the same language, etc

It's President Xi, not Chairman. I admire that he is willing to respond to the propaganda.

Actually he is the chairman, and the general secretary of the party along with The Presidency of the Great PRC..

You will need to book some vacations on the reeducation camp, comrade

The correct title is the one with the most status, which is President, his other titles are subordinate to his ultimate title.

The highest title always supersedes the lower titles. Does a doctor who is also in the PTA identify as Dr. Smith or as PTA secretary Smith?

And while I agree Wikipedia is a CIA front, it's not inaccurate in this instance.
