It turns out that you have to enable downloads on your soundcloud tracks. They should all be downloadable now.

Go ahead and do with them what you wish. I'll look into doing the copyleft thing. Currently some of our stuff is on librivox and I'm pretty sure that comes with some sort of copyleftish license.
