It sounds like judges are very unlikely to dismiss the proving of marital discord so it might be unnecessary.
Eventually going to have to talk to a lawyer to fill in my gaps of knowledge.

Which is sort of silly because hypothetically you could be like "this marriage is fucked" and your spouse could be like "no its not" and then you have to provide evidence to the court that there is "serious marital discord" affecting your "attitude" toward the marriage.
which like obviously there is your filing for divorce
but also its fucked up because your feelings toward the marriage dont matter unless you can prove you have a reason to feel that way.
