I do basic breathing mediation for an hour after exercise everyday. I want to eventually make it to full-lotus position but so far it isn't working out.

I can only manage half lotus, and even then my one foot goes completely numb after 30 minutes or so.

I have this happen sometimes. I just switch legs, Slowly and mindfully of course.
