Whatever has the lowest impact. Is that oat? Maybe, but it's hard to find so usually soy or rice.

I enjoy the creamyness of soy, I find it better than almond/oat/coconut just in the fact that the others can sometimes taste a little watery in a cup of coffee. With baking or in cereal I dont find there is much difference in taste. In terms of sustainability, it seems all have positives and negatives, but all are far far far better than dairy. The Science VS. Podcast does a great episode on the positives/negatives of non-dairy milks. Worth a listen!

I would have to read the label and see which has the highest calcium for the lowest price. Most of my milk would be mixed into a smoothie of some sort so taste is not a factor.
