I have a really poor self body image and would rather not talk about this. But I walk about 5 miles a day outside of my typical general moving about. I try to do about half an hour of lifting daily, hopefully helping people out with tasks that need extra hands for but that's about once to twice a week. So I end up curling 40 pounds per arm for about 20 minutes every morning, hungover or not, musician too so that's typical 4+mornings a week. In my new living space, essentially a multi generational punk house with 20, 30, 40 and a 60 year old, I garden a lot the hard way with the 60 year old. I need more cardio and need to start biking again. But for a 200 pound 5 foot 10inch person I think I'm doing OK by comparison. I'm just not done yet and have shit I wanna do, so that's my drive.
