Is there anything you can do while you are working/studying/whatever you do? Like a pseudo standing desk, or just walking around while you do it? Movement in general helps

For me, it's mapping where to buy locally sourced food from. I buy a lot of bulk foods cuz they're generally only dried and not super processed...but I've never seen if I can buy local oats. I should though.

The question of "why don't I just do the things I should do, want to do or need to do?" is something I've tackled my whole life. I have nothing even resembling an answer.
