Same here, conrad. I was at a protest today that was much smaller than I thought and everybody knew eachother. Just going out and doing something like that on my own is like moving mountains for me so being the person off to the side that no one knew made it a lot worse.

I hate that feeling. I get it because I haven't known the people at school since 1st grade like everyone else. But I keep trying because I want to become a people person. In fact, I've decided to read the bible so I can have something to talk about with the Christians around here.

I went through a similar thing last year of quite bad anxiety. I retreated a bit did some things I enjoy in solitary (watercolours/reading) and it passed.

Hope it does for you too as we'll need you in the comng years
