Sweet platain: yellow platain, butter, sugar. Plus cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.

Do you eat this frozen or at room temperature?

Frozen. I put the frozen banana in with the cocoa powder and peanut butter and blend it all up. It comes out like an ice cream consistency.

People call it nicecream, but I have an inexplicably hostile reaction to calling it that.

I'm going home after work and making this. Why, oh why have I never even considered throwing in some cocoa powder?!

Finally got around to doing it yesterday, and I can't thank you enough! What a fool I've been- OF COURSE added chocolaty goodness to peanut butter and banana is going to elevate it!

i know a bit plain, but my breakfast is mostly a simple porridge.

milk, porridge oats and honey.

sometimes, when its already a bit later in the morning, im adding some cinnamon aswell, but that will break the 3 ingredients :P

if you want some inspiration, Barry Lewis has started a youtube playlist about it a few months ago. he is on ep 7 right now and he is going totally strict with it (water and spices count aswell)

Sweet: crepes. Milk, eggs, flour. although sugar too would be ideal.

Savory: Black beans, lime, salt. cooked down

Rice, morels, and ramps would be ideal sautéed together.
