Sure, this was the recipe I used but I cut out a lot of thing I didn't have and it turned out fine

3/4 cup rice

3/4 cup mango

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon salt coriander leaves (For garnishing)

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon mustard

2 teaspoons chana dal

2 teaspoons urad dal

6 cashew

1/2 teaspoon jeera

2 red chilli

2 green chilli

1 sprig curry leaves

2 teaspoons ginger

1 pinch asafoetida

I just used rice, mango, tumeric, olive oil (but seasame oil is really good so get it if you can), 150g of cashews, curry paste, and ginger

I had a gluten free vegan wrap at (probably) the only vegan place in Redding CA. It was awesome. cashew ranch sauce, BBQ jackfruit with BBQ sauce, veggies and greens. Soooo good.
