I'm used to seeing people in the US describing themselves as Latinx, pronouced 'latinex', and that's been good, but still not sure how they do pronouns, which is my main concern here...

In portuguese we're using x/e in the end of words and for pronouns usually elu or any alternative that the person may prefer, there's nothing "official".
