I get by with 8 but function best with 9-10.

I know it's some kind of badge of honor for people to brag about getting by with less sleep, but my quality of life collapses when I cut back. I don't die if I get 6 or 7 most nights, but I have more stomach aches, more headaches, a shorter temper, poorer concentration, and less motivation to exercise.
