You can't complain if you don't vote! Real change starts at the ballot box.

"Wanna get out of poverty? Start a company! Go out there and do something!"

Ha! Who's gonna do the dirty jobs if everyone opens a company? Capitalism doesn't work like that.

Free competition is not “free,” because I lack the THINGS for competition. Against my person no objection can be made, but because I have not the things my person too must step to the rear. And who has the necessary things? Perhaps that manufacturer? Why, from him I could take them away! No, the State has them as property, the manufacturer only as fief, as possession.

No one is saying we want open borders! We want a slightly more equitable system of oppression and family separation common sense immigration reform.

I can't help but read it as "love trump's hate"...it almost feels like it was planted by the alt-right or something, but liberals will always surprise in how much they embarrass themselves, either way it's bad.

I dunno. I still think the power and passion of love is stronger than hate; hate is violently pushed on society in so many different ways that there's just a lot more of it.

Antifascists are too harsh on fascists. I guess that makes them fascists themselves somehow.

I don't know how to explain politics, especially to family. When t_d and facebook inform someones worldview how do you argue that? It's constructed reality.

Also, I looked up 'liberal' in the dictionary and it sounds pretty good to me.

Fuck Stallman, but no he didn't. https://stallman.org/articles/genderless-pronouns.html

Yeah but Copenhagen_Bram linked to the article to justify calling a raddle user both 'he/she' and '(s)he'. I guess Bram didn't read the whole thing at the time.

Now Bram is claiming he said 'pers/per' in his comment, which is a bald faced lie. He editted and then deleted the thread, so I can't prove it.

  • It's pers/per, not he/she. I did that (used he/she) of my own accord, and then changed it to follow your advice. And nobody's right about everything.

  • Don't worry, I'll remember to refer to you as they.

edit: ziq thinks I'm trying to claim I used pers, i didn't

Since you only refer to me to make passive aggressive quips, just don't refer to me at all.
