Refer to 'cooperatives by definition don't have owners'. Most communists would likely found a cooperative, and thus not own it, discounting them from your question as you discounted me.

They would be shareholders, not owners.
Unless they own the majority of shares like the Murdochs, which wouldn't happen with a co-op.
