I actually have an answer for this one.

In the game Faster Than Light, I never realized that you could press [space] to pause the action and select things. I made it to the end several times, but it felt impossible every time I died to the final enemy. My friend played in front of me and paused and selected things and I was just like "what the flying fuckery??" Once I figured this out, I beat it easily in one shot. I couldn't believe how I far I got without using such an important tool.

The action was so intense that I sometimes go back to playing without pausing just for that rush again.

In Xenoblade Chronicles X, you could.give your characters and mechas passive skills with an Augment Function. When I found out, I already had a nice collection of them and at least one for every stat/inmunity I was interested in giving to my characters. I was in the last chapter of the story.

To be honest, it's been a little while since I last played it. Maybe I should give it another run and let you know after I remember.

I remember really getting into the cloaking and then trying to pump up defense and offense to prepare for final bout. Otherwise, yea, it's been a little while.

I didn't know you could peak around corners while aiming down the sights in FO4 until about a quarter into the second half of the game.
