shrugs I kind of meant like both but by your answer then I'm guessing that they don't exist

I'm saying probably not, because operating a render farm is expensive. Purchasing hundreds of beefy computers is already expensive, but having them all chug ahead at full speed to render something is also expensive for whoever's paying the power bill. Unless there's some university that's very well funded and is feeling generous, I doubt anyone will let you use their render farm for free.
