It's an electronic voting machine. You give your IDs before entering the room, press your finger on the scanner and such... then you go to the machine and must type a valid entry corresponding to a candidate before you can finish. You can also vote blank, but your vote will be redirected to the candidate who's winning. I think that's it.

EDIT: meanwhile, the hospitals lack equipment and the schools have broken stuff. Do you see what I see? Their priorities.

This year they're starting to digitalize our driver's license and make it usable through a smartphone app instead. The ID card will have a chip that can be scanned by authority to check for warnings/irregularities.

When it comes to tracking its citizens, Brazil is not falling behind.

I would say vote null, but this changes things. If the winner just takes nulls votes anyway there's really no point in casting one. Lesser evilism might be the best option.
