Remembering that it probably doesn't matter in the long run keeps things in perspective and prevents me from stressing too much. Not stressing helps me not worry too much about it, which is good for my mental state.

Simply a long, warm shower at the end of the day with some RAtM running in the background. Thinking the experiences and interactions of the day through helps, at least for me, to clear things up in the long run.

ITT: meditation

For me it's self dates. I take myself out to lunch, alone, and appreciate my food in silence, sometimes with a book or headphones.

Not for everyday situations but when I get very stressed out about trivial things, I load a 5-10 minute guided meditation on youtube and listen to it with headphones. It helps me get out of my head and let go of meaningless worry.
