Blue Light, e.g. from screens and LED light bulbs, tricks the body into thinking it's still day time, so it doesn't produce its sleep chemical.
idk if it’s something all computers can do but turning on “night shift mode” blocks the blue light. for better sleep i think you’d probably want to stop using screens altogether in the last few hours before bed ideally but this can help too.
