Damn you cheat 365 times a year. Jesus how many times have you cheated on your wife. It could be potentially thousands of times now

So first, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond bodyscrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

One thing that isn't fair of calisthenics is that u use body weight. So like while say someone who weighs a lot may struggle to walk if you put 100poinds on me I would struggle to walk to. So in reality the fat person actually is stronger than me tho presentation wise thin people like me look stronger or whatever.

Same thing with pushups or crinches. Like fat people do massive weighted version of all these things. So 1 is impressive. Arms are a different story but to be fat and walk means your legs are incredibly strong. People's core and bck is probably stronger to.

Though practically speaking this isn't meaningful as often by strong people wanna be able to move their bodies with less restriction. But if we are talking raw power fat people that don't work out actually gotta be pretty strong.

If you are wanting to do stuff I would encourage you to try accessible yoga. It has a ton of strength and flexibility stuff that is way more approachable to many bodies. Usually it's based around being in a chair

I am 100% just being a goof though I know what you are saying.

I might actually check out that yoga stuff though.

My morning ritual is to go to sleep, because that's when my day ends.

10

asterism OP wrote

you work 3rd shift or are you just inherently novturnal?

what is your waking routine then, if you have one.

1

veuzi wrote

I have worked night shifts before but I don't have a solid job right now, so I'd say I just am nocturnal. Not inherently so, but I prefer the night for creative purposes and I generally have a hard time maintaining a routine that maximizes daytime.

Currently I go to sleep between 6 AM and 10 AM, and wake between 4 PM and 8 PM.

2

asterism OP wrote

I get that. I was similar before I had kids.

damn, kids ruin everything! /s

A coupe of years ago I was deep in cerimonial magic and kaballah and I was doing a ritual where I needed to wake up 5am to pray and do ablutions with holy water. It was a waste of time needles to say

My morning ritual is laying in bed for an hour feeling existential, sprinting out the door without eating breakfast, and getting to work almost too late, on days without work my morning ritual is sleeping through the morning. πŸ™ƒ

stay in bed half-awake for about an hour, get dressed, have breakfast which is usually a bowl of fruit atm and then brush my teeth with unflavoured toothpaste because i don’t like the minty ones.

3

asterism OP wrote

so what does unflavored toothpaste taste like?

2

lentils wrote

the one i use is slightly sweet. definitely beats minty toothpaste imo. i like mint as a flavour on its own but most mint flavoured things are too strong for me aha

I'm not really into movies, so I don't even know what I might referencing.
