i finally moved out of my parents place and into a house with folks which was incredible in some ways and very intense in others. i used to self isolate a lot and still have that tendency but now i know i don’t have to be alone. on the other hand, time with myself is also very good and needed so letting myself have that was a great learning experience.

i also got into my first bigger relationship and i learned a ton about communicating my needs and my desires in a relationship.

other than that, been dealing with how to have my space to myself to deal with depression. trying to learn how to sit with anxiety and darkness instead of always trying to drown it out. maybe that means just laying there listening to music, journaling, taking a walk at a new park or things of that nature. i’ve definitely gotten a lot better about dealing with change, especially within myself which means having more affirmations, short quotes from good books, etc.
