oooo thanks for sharing ! i listened to a podcast about compassion fatigue as well as introversion/extroversion and one of the things they talked about was just being cool with being bored every now and then. instead of diving into our phones or finding a distraction, sometimes the best thing we can do is sit with that anxiousness and ground ourselves. seems similar to your trope of not devaluing yourself for not being or doing what others are doing, i.e. other people aren’t constantly doing cool, fun, invigorating and exciting things. they get bored, anxious, etc. just as much or at least sometimes lol
