I made some jasmine rice for breakfast, with some eggs fried in ghee. I'm trying to experiment with better chef skills and I chopped some cilantro as a garnish.

For lunch I think I'll have peanut butter because its shelfstable and I keep a jar in my backpack always. Its one of the most calorie dense foods you can buy.

For dinner I'm going to roast some asparagus and sausage and eat that with rice.

What is everyone else eating today?

Edit: I wrote western world as in NA and SA because at the time I wrote the title it was 9:00 am. Not western as in politics but literally west of greenwich mean time.

Raw Sugar... Oh you want other nutrients too. I've been eating Soy "Peanut" Butter for a while, and normal peanut butter tastes weird to me now... I haven't compared nutrition details.

A day behind but hey ho. I'm working nights at the moment so the concept of breakfast, lunch, and dinner have no meaning anymore.

So far, I've had battered cod and cheesy chips, an orange, 4 chocolate cookies, a banana, 2 tablespoons of honey on a slice of seeded bread, and a muesli breakfast bar.

A colleague I work with is also getting me something in a bit as I didn't have time to bring anything in. Worker solidarity ✌️

Same as it ever was, coffee, two joints of ganja for the first quarter of daylight. Helps ease the shock of realizing your still alive in this shit world. Whenever that wears off, throw two packs of ramen, make some veggie stock with little to no veggies. e.g. mix vegetable can and whatever random greens. If i get lucky and happen to have meat around, i'll toss that in the ramen. Mix it all together, makes me feel like i am at some expensive ramen noodle bar. Night creeps in, I just have finger snacks like chips and salsa, as usually by then I begin my decent into ganja and alcohol to help with sleep. PS alcohol doesn't really help with sleep making me consume more ganja.
