you can try creating lists of things you like to do to take your mind of it you can also look into some positive philosophy stoicism meditations by Marcus Aurelius is good for this. there is also Taoism a lot of philosophy can make people very sad and hopeless for some reason. for me Karl Marx helped me the most (i guess it gave me the bourgeois to be anger at) i hope this helps it helped me with my anger issues a lot.
