I work long tedious hours to earn money to turn around and purchase precooked meals that my labor helped produce.
Its the most efficient method.

I tend to stir fry rice with lentils and whichever vegetables are around, sometimes adding ginger.

Backed. Like, cut vegetables and roots into medium chunks, salt them, spice them, a bit of oil, put into an oven, wait, done.
