It seems pretty awful to me, but I'm not sure why this was a decider for you. Also, you're not awful. I'm not sure how much that has to do with you being Christian though. From the little I know, Christian metaphysics seems top-down in all cases, and for me that's pretty much the little crack in the roots that will rot the whole tree over time.

Also I feel like Christianity isn't going away any time soon so I'd personally like it if relatively anarchic forms of Christianity were made much more accessible to Christians. No such thing exists my side of the world, only horrifying colonial stuff so far as I can tell, and I wish it was easier for me to talk with Christians help them think about their ethics within the range of what their beliefs make room for.

I've long wanted to grab and shake you everytime you talk about Christianity.

People always say that but then you actually say what you're thinking and their ego can't handle it.

how can i fix that problem without abandoning my religious community? if there's another solution then it's not obvious to me.

Wouldn't the straightforward answer be to organise in that community? You're one of few people who are appropriate to speak to and engage these people, and a fight-where-you-are approach is an anarchist approach :) Probably 99% of us are in community that has huge problems. But they're our community so we've gotta take responsibility for them if we have that capacity.
