Wasn't expecting such a long read, but for those who are of the TL:DR variety , I recommend ctrl-f fast-forwarding to "And the Anarachists" which is towards the bottom.
A lot to unpack from the piece, but I think it accurately captures the way in which Anarchism has had it's ass handed to it over the last 150 years. As well as how even through the collapse, we aren't guaranteed to be any closer to what Anarchists would like to see the world become. Also also, it's great to see a "Bretton Woods" name-drop.
