I think it's a matter of leading by example. Live as an anarchist and live well. Keep your ideology a private matter but don't be shy about how well you live and why it is you live so well.

I see a future where we have anarchistic communities embedded with the "normals" and as their lives continue to spiral downhill they will see us eating community dinners from our rooftop gardens, living well, making love and art, and they'll think "how the hell are those fucking hippies doing good while I'm not!"

And we'll couch our success in patriotic and religious terms they can understand. We are fulfilling the promise of our country, we are doing the work of the prophet, not just giving it lip service.

This is why 'lifestylism' is more effective than armchair anarchism. You actually live what you preach and set an example for others, instead of waiting for the world to change before your life changes.
