In edition to all the stuff already listed, we're going to need medics. We'll need our version of army medics who know how to treat someone in the middle of a battlefield, but in our long-term society we form as a result of our victory, we'll still need doctors.

And in all likelihood, since we may be operating on a smaller scale, there really won't be much specialization. A doctor may be called upon to deliver babies, suture wounds, perform surgeries, among other tasks. We need the kind of people who can switch between surgeon and OB/GYN and back, without losing their cool or losing track of the task at hand.

We'll also need people who know how to practice what can be called Disaster Medicine, because we'll likely be in a situation where we may not have access to all the supplies needed, so anyone practicing medicine would need to know how to work under very spartan conditions with very little at their disposal.
