There's an #anticiv channel on irc.freenode.net (you can use webchat here: https://webchat.freenode.net/ if you don't have an IRC client (I recommend weechat)). So come around and lurk some.

P.S. Before anyone asks: no, I don't use any of those fancy proprietary XMPP implementations like Discord or whatever, but I'm sure there's people on there too. I'm an old geezer and prefer my software free and decentralised.

Use Matrix at Riot.im, far superior to IRC and there's a number of Raddle communities there already. You can even link your IRC channel if you want.

No thanks. I've seen the rise and fall of about a bajillion XMPP-like things, and I really don't have the patience for keeping up or learning these things. I prefer to use the computer quite seldom. I'll probably be on IRC in 2037 though.
