King kong theory talks about when the author was an escort. IDK if she's anarchist but It's a good book.

m kinda sick to hear discussion about those topics where the one involved aren't present

I actually hate this mindset. People can discuss stuff and make theory about stuff that doesn't effect them. This mindset just means all the effort is put on said group to figure it out. Plus means only a few people will say stuff and potential problems are neglected as result. Plus this thing also requires that people out themself. For instance egg trans can't talk about being trans since they aren't out. And will be criticized and pressured to out themself not on their own terms.

I think there is some point tho it taken to this standard allways anoys me.

Yeah, that's the point. Anarchists aren't trying to free anyone, we're trying to build a world where they're able to free themselves.

Maybe an egg can't speak to their issues, a trans person who was in the closet for a long time can, but a cis person can't because they don't even know what's going on.

What problems would be neglected, exactly, by sex workers’ own thoughts and discussions, that wouldn’t be neglected by the population at large?

Also, is this really the right place to raise this point? When the OP specifically said

I'm kinda sick to hear discussion about those topics where the one involved aren't present.

And many sex workers themselves have repeatedly demanded: “nothing about us, without us”?

I didn't say the discussion should be made only among sex workers. I just say that they need to be in the discussion. People always talk ABOUT them, instead of WITH them.

Yeah I'm pro writing about.

If you want to write an essay about X oppression or hierarchy of sex work u don't need to ask a sex worker to write that.

You can write about it. But I would say it's a good idea to ask for review by sex workers.

Kinda makes me think to the ASAN motto "nothing about us without us"

If you always talk "about" autistic people for instance, without asking anything to autistic people, that's how you end up with shitty associations like "Autism Speaks"
