If you aren't already aware, minarcho-socialism is an ideology that allows for a nightwatchmen state not only with provisions for military and law enforcement but also social services and protections for workers. It overcomes the abject naivety of traditional anarchism by granting us justifiable, democratic systems to govern society with. It's truly the only logical way to enact a communist society because it doesn't pretend all hierarchy is the same and equally detestable. It recognizes the importance of certain protective hierarchies to manage and protect transport, workers, waterways, etc.

I invite everyone here who has realized how impractical previous forms of anarchism are but still wants libertarian socialism, public healthcare, public transport, communal grain stores, public safety and health and safety in the workplace to join me in forging a new world in the image of minarcho-socialism.

Thank you.

I, for one, am happy to finally see a libsoc that is honest about what they are: NOT an anarchist.

Post-anarchism is a thing.

If you would even read just the wikipedia page for post-anarchism you would know that what you said is incorrect. What your OP states is not anarchism at all, let alone post-anarchism. It's just libertarian socialism, which is like a weaker version of anarcho-communism, which is a contradictory ideology.

Is that what liberals are calling themselves now?

No, post-anarchism is just anarchism that uses post-modernist or post-structuralist critiques. You probably already know that but clearly OP doesn't.
