Well I'm really well versed on this topic so that's why I'd like to discuss these things here. I can see how these words can be connected to disability but they integrated in such a way that this connection is not the association.

lame originally meant the same as 'cripple' but it hasn't meant that for a long, long time so I'm inclined to think it shouldn't be included. 'Gimp' also meant the same thing.
