Quackie in South Africa, both Afrikaans and English afaik.
Had to google it because it's been bothering me since I saw this post this morning. I could only remember that it ended with a 'y' sound. Apparently there's also paddabekkie (tiny frog maw) in Afrikaans, but I've never heard that before.
