TBH even if this app was open source and the authors completely trustworthy I wouldn't just install an apk on my phone willy nilly like this. Especially when the website works fine on mobile.

Comrade, while there is not an official app, it is possible to set a shortcut to Raddle on Android by clicking "add to homescreen" in Chrome.
