We've gone thru a few cycles of Raddle gaining attention. It's a double-edged sword. Each time there's a lot of folks genuinely interested in the site, but also a lot of right-wing trolls. We've weathered each storm so far, but I have to wonder how many people have been turned off by the trolling and the meta discussion about trolls. Instead, PM anyone with banning ability to notify them.
In addition to any hard-coded ways that may be developed, I suggest we not create posts about specific troll accts to be banned. Trolls feed off attention, so if they see that their posts are unremarked upon prior to deletion they will grow bored more quickly. Also it's less likely to turn off potential new users.
Also, "keep calm and carry on". I've been posting a lot of the regular sort of content we tend to see here. As the upvotes have rolled in /subscribed has mostly returned to normal, and /all is slowly catching up.

I think it's a bad idea to respond the the trolls because of how raddle's ranking system works.
